2. Accounts and Google Sign-In
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. When you connect a Google account, you authorize us to access the data covered by the permissions you approve, solely to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
3. Use of the Services
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Access or analyze data, accounts, or business profiles you are not authorized to manage.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Services without our written permission.
- Upload malicious code or infringing content.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content and data you submit or connect ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Services for you. You are responsible for having the rights needed to share Your Content with us.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Paid Services
Some Services may be offered for a fee under a separate agreement or order form. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the separate agreement controls for those Services.
8. Disclaimers
The Services, including reports, scores, and recommendations, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, such as rankings, bookings, or revenue.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arival will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Arival harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
